The journey of Surgicon Pvt.Ltd. began with the endeavors of our grandfather Mr.Haji Mohammad Fazal Elahi back in the year 1908 as the company ‘M.F Elahi’ came into existence. Before the subcontinent had partitioned, Mr.M.F Elahi helped the British doctors service their surgical equipment, merely with the help of a grinding stone

Stilt at a young age but with a considerable knowledge of the instruments, he developed a vision to foresee a business opportunity. Days and nights of toil, hard work and innovation led him to his first development the scalpel handle little was known to him that this would pave a way to a plethora of various instrument including scissors, forceps and tweezers. After years of experience and knowledge of surgical instruments the versatile and ambitious Late Haji Fazal Elahi established a company of his own in 1908- M.F Elahi & Company With advent of time the surgical industry spread out to other parts of the city which introduced new skilled personals in this field. Time went by and the Elahi family ventured in this business and flourished the world with quality instruments at hospitals. clinics, doctors and importers alike. as a family business.

Established Surgicon Pvt Ltd.

Later, Late Haji Abdul Rashid, son of Late Haji Fazal Elahi joined and served the business with an excellent record in mobilizing and expanding it further. After the retirement of Haji Abdul Rashid from M.F Elahi & Company as a chairman and years of dedicated work in this field, he had better plans of his own to establish a new company in the name of SURGICON in 1979. The business flourished immensely and was passed on to generations. today the 4th generation in this field. This was a simple and inspired beginning of Surgicon (Pvt.) Ltd. established with a single-minded objective of 'providing high-quality instruments manufactured under precision engineering for health and happiness of the entire world'.

We have a large customer base which comprises of private hospital and clinics internationally; namely UK, USA and Germany among the many. The constant advancement m equipment & technology in the World of medicine today has created a dire need for us to put together modern day knowledge with a mix of traditional skills of our experts. Thus meeting the changing demands of modem surgery. We offer prompt and dedicated services to customers, emphasizing on 'quality' and 'cost-effectiveness' in order to deliver products within their budget and well In time. We believe in building a relationship With our customer, and we extend all possible gestures to get continuous feedback from our customer, which creates courage and confidence to make improvements and developments in products, paving way for growth Today, Surgicon (Pvt) Ltd. operates out of a purpose built manufacturing base in the City of Sialkot, extending over an area of 170.000 sq.ft. These premises also house the Sales/Finance and Warehousing facilities. From the solid foundations created by our forefather, we have built a reputation for first class superior quality of surgical instruments in Pakistan. At present, through dedicated hard-work of the company, there is a substantial increase in business and international relations with the clients throughout the world, building the business into apinnacle of success in the modern world of surgery.

Surgicon in Future

Surgicon is expanding its production capacity due to increase in demand. We arc redesigning our export house from 100,000 sqft 10 200,000 sqft. As the competition in both local and international market is increasing day by day in order to cater ,this situation we our taking all our production in house except forging. Our complete milling shop is ready and we have over 200 milling machines ,currently in progress. As temper is a vital process to determine the hardness of the instruments we imported our own unit to give the desired hardness for the each instrument category. We invested over $1.5 million dollars over, the project and our new unit, will start production in November 2017.
